Most single-location businesses start with Grow - it covers the card, the messages, and a referral program in one. Retain suits a simple card-only setup. Compound suits multi-location or high-volume businesses ready to target their best spenders directly.
Can I switch from another loyalty or POS system?
Yes. If you’re already running a punch-card system, an app, or another platform, we’ll help you move your customers across - talk to us and we’ll map out the switch before you commit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, anytime. Your card and customer data carry across - you’re not starting over, just switching on or off what you need.
Is there a setup fee on top of the monthly price?
No - there’s currently no setup fee on any plan.
Does the price change as I get more customers?
No. Plans are flat-rate, not usage-based. Whether you’ve got 50 customers or 5,000, the price stays the same.
What happens after the 30-day free trial - do I need to enter a card upfront?
Yes, a card is required to start the trial, but you won’t be charged until day 31 - and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
Is there a lock-in, and what happens if I cancel?
No lock-in. Month to month, cancel anytime - and your customer list exports with one click. It’s your data, and it leaves with you. No exit fees, no hostage data.
